There has always been a quiet pull guiding me towards natural healing, something I could feel long before I understood it, drawing me to herbs, to plants, and to the deeper intelligence of the body that reveals itself when it is truly supported rather than forced.
From a young age, I was fascinated by how nourishment could shift the way we feel, how something as simple as fresh, living food could bring clarity, energy, and a sense of balance that cannot be replicated by anything artificial, and over time that curiosity only deepened, leading me to explore the body from many different angles.
What began as a natural interest slowly became a lifelong path, shaped by years of learning, observation, and experience, and eventually led me to study parasitology in Russia, where everything I had been exploring for so long finally came together in a way that felt aligned and complete.
Today, my work brings together a range of holistic approaches, allowing me to support the body both structurally and internally, depending on what is needed.
I offer manual therapies such as massage, cupping, warm bamboo massage, and Yumeiho, working directly with the body to restore balance and alignment, while also guiding clients through parasite testing and cleansing, nutrition, naturopathy, herbalism, and aromatherapy to support the internal environment.
Alongside this, I work with energy and sound, using frequency and vibration to reach deeper layers that are often felt rather than explained.
Each session is intuitive and tailored, because no two bodies are the same, and true change happens when the body is approached as a whole.
If you feel drawn to this work, you are in the right place.
